Personal Jeep Safari: The cost of this Jeep Safari is Rs 8500 only. Personal Safari accommodates 6 persons as per limit or the entire Jeep can be booked by a single tourist. Sharing Jeep Safari: Rs 1250 only per person. It requires the booking of all seats. If any seat remain vacant, then the reserved tourists will have to pay equally for that vacant seat or seats. If only single seat is booked, then the entire amount is to be paid by the aforesaid seat holder.

Policy about Confirmation of Booking

  • Within 24 hours of successful booking, the customer receives a mail about confirmation voucher.
  • In case the preferred slots of the tourists are unavailable, then an alternate schedule as per the preference of the tourists will be arranged and the confirmation voucher for the same will be arranged via email.
  • If the cancellation of the safari trip is made in between 0-2 days before the starting of the safari tour then 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as the cancellation fees of the safari trip.
  • If at the same time, customer choose to cancel their booking before confirmation then full refund will be processed to the customer.

Refund Policy

  • An Applicable amount which is to be refunded after cancellation will be processed within 15 business days.

Important Advisory

  • It is possible that the cost of the safari ticket and the other accessories may get changed even after making your advance booking. In this case, the tourists are liable to pay the difference of the safari tickets before making the entry into the park. If there is no revision in the rates of the safari tickets then tourists can easily enter the national park on the basis of their safari booking.
  • Tourists must book the slot in morning or in afternoon as per their choice. This slot booking must be done at the time of the Jeep Safari booking.
  • Forest Department has the Right of Admission in the Sariska National Park. Entire act is to be performed on the direction of the forest department of Rajasthan taking care of Sariska National Park.
  • Forest Department has the power to close the Sariska National Park in any unforeseen circumstances without giving any prior notice to the tourists.
  • Once the Canter/Jeep has been booked on the name of the particular tourists or for some group the entrance fee for the booking is neither adjustable, nor refundable in any of the National Park.
  • Bookings for the Jeep Safari ride are non-transferable.
  • Reserved seats of the tourists cannot be exchanged or resold to any other tourists.
  • Before making your entry into the national park, Identity proof is must. Tourists must have to carry the same identity proof which they have used at the time of making their safari booking.

Cancellation Policy of the Jeep Safari

  • If tourists wants to cancel the Jeep Safari trip, then cancellation can be easily made 15 days before the starting date of the safari trip. In this case no cancellation fees will be applicable.
  • If the cancellation is made in between 7-15 days before the starting of the safari trip, then 25% of the total cost of the trip will be charged as the cancellation fees for the safari trip.
  • If the cancellation of the safari trip is made in between 0-2 days before the starting of the safari tour then 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as the cancellation fees of the safari trip.
  • In case of any unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or restrictions by government, some trips or some activities may get cancelled. In these cases refund is not applicable but some alternate feasible will be provided to the tourists.
  • Cancellations of the Jeep Safari ride is strictly subjected to the cancellation policies which are mentioned clearly on the website and they are same irrespective of the date of the booking.
